HISTORY

Yannis Koligliatis is the General Manager of INA. He began his professional career in the TV productions as a cameraman for the Greek TV networks and as a contributor for BBC and REUTERS in Greece, Cyprus and the Balkans.
In 1996 he witnessed the murder of Solomon Solomos who was killed by Turkish forces on the ''Green line" in Deryneia-Cyprus. He recorded this event with his camera and the shot circulated worldwide. As recognition, he was awarded by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs & Justice in Cyprus and the Greek Botsi Foundation for best cameraman of the year.

(1990 – 1995) – Initially, the company was founded as a production company involved in crewing and recording news events from Greece & Cyprus for domestic TV Networks.

(1995-1999) – A successful cooperation was established with Reuters TV and BBC. The company started providing ENG facilities & crewing for various foreign channels covering news stories in dangerous and extreme conditions - earthquakes, fires, floods from Bosnia, Croatia, Kosovo in relation with the Balkan conflicts and the clashes in Cyprus.

(1999-)  – With almost 10 years of professional experience in the TV productions and crewing, the company expanded its services, thus INA Ltd was founded. New business opportunities were opened and the company started dealing with satellite services & technologies.  INA became the first private company providing occasional satellite services throughout Greece, Cyprus and the Balkans.
